Here is the simple fish fry:
Choose Fish fillets any variety like solmon,catfish,tilapia... marinate that in the mixture of lemon juice, salt, pepper for halfanhour .After in a sauce pan 2 to 3 tbsp of olive oil and fry until you see the golden color .
This is very good combination with cucumber+lettuce salad..
Hope you like it.

One of my favorite fish dishes is a really simple marinated salmon. All you do is take a salmon fillet and marinade it (preferably 3 or more hours) in some soy sauce, extra vigin olive oil, and fresh lemon. Then you bake it in the oven until the fish is done. You can check to see if it is done by seeing int he fish flakes off when you use a fork. I know it sounds too simplistic to be good, but I just love it. Also it's really easy and I usually have those ingredients in the house so theonly thing I have to go out and buy is the salmon.
