Are you propery investor? I have an idea for that. In Indonesia, you can buy a house with only US$200,000 (US$1 = Rp9.500). Land(lot) only by US$50 per square. Say you buy a land with wide 2000 m2 will only cost you US$100,000 than you can build a residence area for about 10 houses/units. The house cost you US$90,000 with 200 m2 wide (as a sample, so you only build one house). For marketing and operasional cost you US50,000. Total cost is only US$240,000. Than you sell your house US$200,000 per unit. If all unit sold, you earn US$95,000 per unit.
