I don't like flying but I need to to get to the places I wanna be. I hate having the fact that my life is in the hands of a pilot, his co-pilot and maybe an engineer. I wouldn't want to be a pilot either cause I'm short sighted first of all and the lives of 200 or more people would be in my hands. The pressure would be too much.
And you know those flight attendants? Do you really think they'll know what to do if the plane is in trouble? I always find that I feel safer when I see more male flight attendants but what's the difference? Half of them look so "soft", SNAGs ya know? Sensitive New Age Guys. Ugh.

Hahahaha...
Quite simply, the fa**ots and pretty faces wouldn't really know what to do compared to the two pilots up front. Maybe it's just us in Malaysia, but it seemed that there are more manly flight attendants on foreign airlines compared to ours.
Here its based on looks and how good can the guy gel and shape his hair into Captain Planet's or how well he could talk in fagotty intonations.
Pilots on the other hand has the plane to manage from taxiing off the gate, takeoff all the way to landing and parking to the destination gate. Yes, I presume the pressure is tremendous. But at least they got that far with a cool head. I wouldn't trust a softie flying a plane. They might just let go off the controls and start crying instead should anything goes wrong. o.O
I hate fa**ots don't I?
