Italian teacher cuts pupil's tongue with scissors

MY GOD!! That's unbelievable!the teacher is too cruel to be a teacher!

I'm not saying fully qualified teachers do not do horrible things, but they are aware of what sort of discipline they can use with children. and they have been through a lot of testing to prove that, for the time they were under test, they were of sane and in control of their mental capabilities. this woman is a psycho.

That's insane, teachers have no rights ever given the right to do that on other's children, that teacher has psychological disturbed, and should school be liable to that silly act of his teachers.
