Oh no! Sky is Gone! Lost is Gone

The sky has fallen in :( Sky has been removed from Virgin Media. No more Nip Tuck season 4 and no more Lost Season 3. Gutted, totally and utterly gutted. So I need a free, legal way of downloading or watching Nip Tuck Season 4 and Lost here now, lol right now please. It has to be legal though and I am not interested in Lime Wire. There must a way of watching these on the Net without paying darn sky subscription. Help!
