Is vision 2020 possible...?

if we think in a way it is possible..i think about the developments that our country made in the recent past years and thus i conclude that vision 2020 is possible.... but if we think it is not possible..i think about our past 60 years after independance..we are still moving as a developing nation..we are telling that we are developing from the end of 20th century..but we cant make it as developed country...now it is 2007..only 13 years to go for 2020..how can we do in just 13 years that unable to do in 60 years...if we think in this way,i conclude that vision 2020 is impossible..anyway there is a proveb that...,"Impossible says I'm possible"..according to this proverb i'm in a confidence that our vision 2020 is possible..
