Search engines are the #1 source of Free and targeted traffic but it is very difficult to get high ranking over there for your keywords.Is there any method which give us top search engine ranking for my targeted keywords?

Work, Work, Work! Organic search engine rankings may not cost anything, but they are never free. If you just expect to throw up a site and do a little optimization, then you will be waiting a long time for those #1s. Getting top rankings is a TON of work and in business time is never free.
