How to judge a person that he/she is not sufferin from split personality?????

i hav met alot of people in my life and hav observed very carefully abt diff peoples... but people which hav this quality of split personality are really difficult ones. I just wana know if any of u guys hav had such a experience then let me know how to catch those out ....
