Can you remember the last time you took time to tell someone a thank you, you are welcome, etc... Nowadays people are so very busy they dont think it is not neccessary to use those little things. I really think it is very important to say those stuff What do you people think about this .

I was taught to say please and thank you from the day I started to talk, and I still say both 65 years later. My mother used to say: Quote "A little respect doesn't cost anything."

I completely agree. I say thank you all the time and no one ever says anything back. I never get thanked for helping people no matter how far I go out of my way for them. It is very important to say Thank you and Your welcome. It makes the other person feel important and appreciated. I know I like to know that I'm appreciated.

Yes, I remember, because I say 'thank you' all the time to anyone that does anything for me. I am very particular about these things and my husband and I make sure that our daughter as well remembers to thank anyone that does anything for her.
