How to be motivated

After having 4 kids aint to surprise I gain weight and it wont come off. It seems so hard to even lose a few pounds.Eating healthy n exercise yeah easier said than done.One major thing is to get motivated.To really stick to healthy eating and to get out there and do some exercise. When I started a yet another diet it only lasts a few days.How do u get motivated?What are the tricks that help u to stick to it?

I just started doing TAEBO.....this exercise is actually fun.Depending on how old your kids are.....get them to do the exercise with you.If your kids like it.....they are going to be your best motivation...plus you can have fun with them while doing it.
I don't even try those diets that are out there.....the only thing that has worked for me is counting calories and it's one of the easiest things to do.
My biggest motivator is my favorite pair of jeans.....I just put them on every few days and every time I do....they fit just a bit better.That always makes me feel good about what I'm doing and gives me strenght to keep going.

Tks winky..tats a great idea to try on clothes tat fit me before eh..i wud try that. Yea gotta find something tat is fun, I dont mind walking but sometimes it gets a bit boring.Thks for wishing me good luck..i really need it lol

How can you go on diet or do the exercise regime if everyday you keep surf reciepe website to cook for your family. Definitely you be tempted to eat and thus cook. Try not to surf all those blog with recipes. Perhaps you should change your diet like lessen the intake of food. I know, it like, "memaku dulang paku serpih". I hope you understand the proverbs. LOL.

I love to cook..what can i say? lol I shud glue my mouth or something so I wont be tempted eh.I should continue cooking just gotta cut back on what i put in my mouth lahh. ko mmg ..kata org ko yg lebih hahaha
