The Best way to have a friends

i have a lot of friends. i know not everyone are my best friend.but what are the best way to being friends with somebody..maybe the fastest way?
i'm tired with liar friends.there always be with me if i'm happy.but if i'm sad.nobody will be there for me.is it i'm not friendly enough to people?or maybe i have no skills on communicate with people out there.
and some other question to ask..what if best friend going to be a lover?is it ok?

It isn't always easy finding true friends. I'm sure one day you will find your best friend. Who knows maybe your best friend will turn out to be your lover. I think it would be a blessing. I have a close friend who's best friend is her husband. It's amazing how close they are.

Unfortunately, you won't get to really know a person very well, unless you become friends first. By then of course, you may have found out they really weren't who you figured.
A best friend as a lover could work, but both of you would have to have this extraordinary understanding.
