Oh dear if this doesn't make you freak out nothing ever will lol.
When i wanted to purchase my first item on the internet i was trying to be very business like. I thought i would be very stressed out with computing and so decided to buy two stress balls lol There was a company that was doing stress balls in all different shapes and sizes and they could come with your name on them Personalised ones. Well to please my son i wanted to buy one he chose which looked like a stress penguin..it was a stress penguin with his name plastered in red along its tummy.
So i proceeded to checkout to order one stress penguin with the name muharrwem on it at the cost of!#.95 bucks.
But oh boy was i in for a shock lol. WHAT, I THE PRAT DIDN'T NOTICE WAS THE SMALL PRINT ON THE WEBSITE. THEY WERE NOT GOING TO SEND ONE PENGUIN, BUT ONE BOX!!!! Ihis was a website making stress balls for corporate clients not individuals. So as i proceeded to checkout to pay i was mortified to have ordered a box of 550 stress penguins with my son's name on them!!
Well i soon sorted that out and was very dismayed and stressed not to get them. But i am a stubburn one and found two stress eyeballs instead..and they were cheaper.
Have you ever experienced any internet blunder?

Goodness, this ANTI-stress stress ball sure stressed the hell out of the buyer! :P
Stress balls can be gotten for like.. 5 bucks?
When shopping from the comfort of the couch, there is one good thing - that we can also cancel the transaction when we realise the "error" when the final amount is computed. :P

The internet being what it is ya gotta read the fine print. Cause they will stick it to ya every time. I haven't quite had that experience but have had a few blunders though.
Just an added note most browsers support a zoom function that will alow you to read that fine print much more comfortably.

Oh my! Aren't you glad that you didn't hit BUY? LOL I'm sure glad you did. I mean, if your son's name was like John or Peter, it would be okay. There are lots of those around. But Muharrwem? You;d have a hard time trying to sell of those stress balls!
I've never had that kind of problem before, atleast not with a whole box of balls. I once accidentally accidentally bought two of the same CD from Amazon.com but all wasn't lost cause I managed to sell one to my cousin at market rate :D

I am sorry, but I cannot stop laughing at the thought of 550 little stress squeezy penguins with your son's name on them coming to life, and saying "Squeeze me, Squeeze me" I am too tired and stressed, I can just see the animated little penguins.

I wanted to start commenting on this discussion with allot of things to say, but I am laughing so much, I am going to skip my Pilate's this morning! I would've put some of my enemies names on there. I bought only one thing and that turned out sour, so once bitten twice shy. You have a lovely day now and keep your eye on the ball:)))
