Fictionwise vs. eBookwise

I buy ebooks on the internet. I tend to use Fictionwise, but I found another site the other day called eBookwise. It turns out that Fictionwise is the parent company of eBookwise, they have the same ebooks, but the prices are almost always cheaper at eBookwise. I feel ripped off after all the ebooks I've purchased at Fictionwise. Anyone know of any real difference between them (other than the obvious price difference)? Thanks!
