Do you have Tuner card in your PCs to use it as TV???

Tuner cards are additional hardwares that are installed in computers so that it can be used as televisions.I don't have any tuner card but one of my friends has this installed in his PC...What do you think is it required??? Any comments???

Deppends, if you want to also have the option of a TV included in your computer. It can be useful. I have a Pinnacle Tunner in my computer because i want to keep myself in touch with news, favourite TV shows and such...

i have a tuner card but do not use it regularly, though i think it needs to be upgraded.
