Does a person's smell (fragrance of cologne or perfume that he/she is wearing) gives you an impression about that person's character?

Yes, when I smell a person I'll know whether if he/she has a good taste or not.

I don't think it would really reflect one's character. Maybe what it reflects is person's choice or his likes or dislikes because no matter what he or she uses, it's his or her own choice. :)
