Am I the only one that is getting bored with MyLot?

Well, my friend, I feel the same way like you. But we just have to go on if we want to earn. You can always do me a favour by responding to my previous discussions. In the meantime, do come up with some new discussions that we can read and learn.

I do find myself gettin bored at times...but what really bores me is the fact that I have to sift threw discussion after discussion to find on that I would like to respond to or that interests me. I think each day is different.

I kinda went through the same thing last month and my earnings reflected that. I'll just pop in every now and again and see if there is anything worth responding to. I mostly now just check to see what my friends have posted and try to respond to those.

Nope. I'm sure that you're not the only one who's feeling bored. I get bored with mylot too sometimes. There are moments when I feel my attention waning and I can't seem to type up a reply to the numerous discussion, neither am I able to come up with a good topic for discussions. So I go away for a while and come back a bit later to see if there's maybe more new discussions from my friends. But don't be disheartened. MyLot is one of the best at the moment :) Good luck!!

I am having a hard time finding discussions I can relate to with quality also. I search through all of my friends discussions in my mailbox daily and delete alot of them because they are not something I can respond to knowledgeablely. I am earning less than what I was earning when I first started also but I have no clue as to why. Some of it is due to not being able to respond to as many topics as I was used to doing. It does get frustrating to not see yoyur earnings grow as much as you thought they would with the quality and time you put into it. I just try to do my best here and see if the earnings will go back up there. If it gets too low, I will have to find something else to earn from and put my time into.

Hi Giggles, to tell you frankly I've been feeling exactly that..bored from the past 3 days. I've never felt this way since the time I've joined. I've always enjoyed my experience here but I was surprised at my own feelings..lol! Maybe myLot needs to make a change or update, that will be something to look forward to. :) I know its just a phase and I'll soon get back to being enthusiastic.

Things only get old if you let them, you can start some creative topics that aren't already started and add some spice to mylot if you wish, but as far as it getting old no I wouldn't say that it is...It is just like life it is what you make and do with it.

I came here because I spend a lot of time on Yahoo! Answers (car audio section) and I wanted to see if there was anything here like that, HA. This site is a joke. I far better enjoy Y! Answers even though there's no money to be made from it. This is simply because there are FAR more categories and sub categories to choose from. Since I like to teach (especially electronics or car audio) I have found my nitch there. I'm the top answerer in the car audio section with almost 1500 best answers. If mylot had a section like this with people wanting to know, I'd make a killing.

Thsi is still new to me and still find some are good adn some are nto so good but is fun to read most of the time i do not leave a response to a disscussion if i have nothing to say or funny to add

your absolutely right buddy..... i am new to mylot but in such a short span of time i somehow feel mylot isnt interesting at all!!!! the only force that drives me to send responces is the fact that we will get paid after we earn 10$ but it seems like mountain to climb before i get the payment done....... i have been here for about 5 days now and only got paid 0.8$ and i have been spending about 2 hrs of my day just to get paid like a peuin......... i feel misarable coz i cant quit mylot becoz i have already put so muchof my effort and getting to 10$ is like.............

No giggles your are not alone, it happens to me sometimes too- like the other day i spent like 2 hours just browsing on the topics and still i couldnt choose 1 that id like to respond to because it was either the topic wasnt interesting or i'm just clueless to the topic posted! and since im monitoring my time spent online im losing heart because there are really some days that i feel im just wasting my time logged on because i cant think of a discussion to discuss and theres no other discussion that i can respond to .

Hi friend, my gut feeling is there's an emptiness in you that you're trying to fill. You're looking for it here, and probably somewhere else, and could'nt find it. Am I right?

no men, me too. recently i find myself so bored and never make any response or discussion here inmylot for a couple of weeks. i dont know but is seems the creativity is decreasing and some of my favorite user who posted good topics are now gone or taking it slowly to sign in here. im starting to miss the fun and find myself more on other sites or just roaming the web. i hope mylot will do something that will bring back the excitement and flourished the whole community again

getting bored happens to all of us,but when it occurs to me,I just let the time pass,I leave it and return after when I am ready to see something new.

If you're not saying this i will not concern either. Hmmm about boring here, it seem you were right somehow, it's hard to find discusiion which fit our interest. About the earning is up to our effort my friend, as you can see, there a lot oldies here, or senior which is with myLot much longer than you, and it seem they still enjoying myLot.

I wouldn't say i am bored with mylot or considering leaving, but i have noticed that the more you post and the longer you have been using mylot it does become harder to find good quality posts to contribute too, its also harder to come up with discussions to start yourself as it seems like everything has already been done. When i cant find anything i just take a breather and come back and try again later and usually find something then, it is frustrating though, i agree.

I haven't feel that way yet ,maybe because I register on mylot just a short ago.There a proverb:there isn't lack of beauty in life,there is just lack of the eyes which could find beauty.So I want to tell you:there isn't lack of interesting discussion on mylot,there is just lack of the eyes.Therefore I believe if you make your best ,you will find it.
