Why is February 28 days only?

I was born on month of February, my friends said there is an abnormality in people born on February since the days is not complete compared to other months. Why did the inventor of calendar make this month 28 days only? Is there any significance in religion or scientifically calculated? Is it true that people born on this month will suffer abnormalities in life?

Hello clearbook. I too was born on February. I also heard that people born on February have mood swings. I dont believe that people born on February will suffer abnormalities in life. But I do believe that people born on this month are special and sweet people.
