My rating goes down and my earnings was deducted.What happen?

We're the same. As I opened my account in mylot today, I found out that my rating had decreased from 8 to 7. Somebody had rated me negative. I really don't know why. I don't remember giving any bad remarks or objectionable responses. I'm just shock and stunned when I found out because honestly, on my case, I always rate positive all responses and discussions which I think contain some logical points and sense and if there are some who are unlikable and disagreeable, I just left it and don't put any marks as "-".

I am on the other end of this issue. My star rating went from "9" to "10" & my earnings increased in an hours time by 50 cents so far. Id like to know why?
