How do I stop myself biting off more than I can chew. Im a real people person and love getting involved in new things -in work or socially. I work for a large National Orginasition ( at the very bottom level) but they have a lot of staff groups for training, support etc. I find it all very interesting and get involved in social comittes, staff support groups etc.. all the time and then Im involved in the community I live in as well on the residents committe, the neighbourhood watch etc... On top of all that I am now the local Avon Lady as well! Im worn out trying to keep up with it all. I do get a great buzz out of being involved but the downside side is that either my work or home life suffer as a result. How can I find a balance.

That re-minds me so much about myself. i tend to go all the way on everything and at work I am really deep into it. I am starting a new job at the same company on monday - but also still keepingsome parts of my old one, despite this I am also a volenteer wich also takes alot of time. I am all stressed out, but onthe other hand i would probbaly be more stressed without all those things, I just hate to do NOTHING!

Life is full of test. Peaceful is the most precious. For me, alwayz remember God in every situations give me peace. Because we all are very weak and need the most great power dat is God. He creates this universe and all creatures and of course He is al-Knowing. Being with Him is everything in my life because our life is too short. Allah is The Most Gracious and The Most merciful.... Peace and justice 4 all :-)

i'm afraid teenal something has to go. Are there any of the jobs that you dont enjoy anymore. That is the place to start to give up one. I used to be like that, I was pregnant so many times when all the different committees I was on were fundraising together. But at the time I was enjoying it and kept it all up for years after that. I loved it all, my husband wasnt complaining, he was involved in lots of committees too at the time and the children loved to see baby sitters if we were both gone on the same night. If you are still enjoying them all, continue and if your family is happy enough with it, stay with it but when any one of them becomes a chore, drop it. hope this helps.

Well today IS national work life balance day so you couldn't have timed your post better lol You could try making up a timetable for yourself, allot a certain amount of time to each activity making sure to leave a generous enough amount of time for home :)
