I'm going to France in less than a month, do you guys have any suggestions as to how much I should bring, or what to bring. Oh and also does it cost more to convert my money from USD to Euros in the bank or in the airport? Thank you =D

i just got from Paris, france last jan.. suggestions as how much you bring is depends if you are going shopping or go sightseeing.. i bought $1800.00 for my 5 days hotel sightseeing transportation, food and gifts.. food well its the same as in the US an average $20 per meal (cofee/sanwich/pasta).. Its the same if you have USD or Euros in hand but its best if you already have half of your budget in Euros.. Airport money exchange is good than outside. i love Paris!!!

How much money to bring is up to you. The more you have the more you can buy and do. Don't forget Paris is one of the Cities of Fashion. And also famous for its perfumes. I advise you to convert the cash into Euros and do it in your country.
As for me, I bring the cash the amount that I have budgeted. But I reserve some in case of emergency or need more (.. LOL ..) in my local bank. I activate my local bank ATM so that I can withdraw money there. For hotel and accomodation I use the credit cards.
Hope this helps you. Happy Visit to Paris!
