I finally got into the wholesale area for that mineral make up company and have found a wealth of information. I am still stoked about he possibilities and think I am going to start working on my new website as I slowly get things together.
The wonderful thing I found out was they will do drop shipping, and since I already have a business name registered withe the state I can probably use that to double check my wholesale capacity. I already have ideas for local gigs, Mary Kay style, and will set my website up where I don't have to code the whole thing by hand.
We'll see how things develope!

Thank you for sharing your enthusiasm! I did dropshipping once and thought it was pretty cool. I wasn't able to really find popular items with a good profit margin but I haven't given up yet!
Keep us posted!

Good on you SageMother! I hope you make a roaring success of your business :-) I think it's great that you'll be making products which you care about, and I'm sure that your customers will be glad about that too. It makes all the difference when you buy a product from an independant business, because the sellers tend to be knowledgable about the products, and care about both the product and the customer. I wish you all the best in your venture!

How'd you find a good wholesale company? I cannot, for the life of me, seem to find a company with good enough prices that I can resell. I would love to hear how you plan on making it like a "party" type deal. Thanks!

I'm an esthetician and a make up artist- and I love using mineral make-up. The salon that employs me doesn't however carry it. what an exasperation. I am interested in free lancing the make up. I'm going to a trade show this week-end. and I'll be attending a workshop on it. Is there anything I can do for you while I'm there? There will be several mineral make-up companies. Please let me know if you need any information on any of them. I would be happy to share with you.
