Poet and didn't know it?

I am a muscian and have written songs over the years but have never really considered myself a poet. I just posted a discussion about Smokers rights and came up with a stupid little ditty and it goes like this: Must quit smoking...... But I need a smoke Taste so good sucking up a toke Blowing out the rings of cancer causing mist Boy, you non smokers must really be pissed. I pay my taxes, insurance too I'll smoke if I want to, it's not up to you You say I'm wrong but I have my rights I don't think I'll have trouble sleeping tonight.....cough.
