I recently got the Cingular 8525 switching from my Motorola Razr, and my dad wanted to use my old phone. So yesterday I took out my SIM card and put his in, put I realized that everything is still stored in my old phone! All my pictures and videos. So I was just wondering, is there a way I can transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone by myself?

I am not sure. You might want to call the cell phone company. I am sure their techs will know how to do it.

yeah definately....
first store all the data into your computer through the
USB cable u got with the razr,
now get your new mobile and atach it your computer,
now copy that data into your new mobile,
remember to categorize the data first....e,g
put pictures into the pictures folder of the mobile...
and likewise.....
if u need any further help...please do let me know...

It could be one of 2 things. My bf had this same issue in the past. Some phones not all have the capability to save to the sim if so you have to save to the sim and not the phone itself. Some phones don't seem to have the capability to save pictures, games and videos. If it doesn't have that capability then the only thing that you can do is send the pics to the phone or to an email address. You didn't say if the numbers all transferred or not. If they didn't then they to were saved to the phone and not the sim. If you have any problems your local phone store should be glad to help you. Especially the store that you made your recent purchase. Hope this helps. Good luck.
