Cheese:Friend or Foe?

Most people know that too much of cheese can be very fating,so when cutting down on your fat it does not mean that you should stop taking cheese,because it is a wonderful source of protein,calcium and phosphorus.

mozzerella is a good lowfat cheese. so is cottage cheese. I don't think i could live with out it!!! I eat fruit with cheese almost every day... pears with gouda, or apples with cheddar, or cottage cheese with pineapple tossed in. yum!! its making me hungry. Another good one is to make chocolacotta. Mix cocoa powder and sweetener into plain ricotta and it makes a lovely low fat dessert. the hardest part is getting people to try it!

Cheese is much too yummy to be a bad thing! I love cheese. Just about every kind of cheese. My favourite for a treat is gouda, but also love swiss, cheddar, parmesan, cottage cheese, cream cheese, cheese curds.
