I dont expect this discussion to get many responses, but I am still curious about it. I am learning to make bread/pastry and your stories and idea will help a lot to improve my recipes. Mine is Bread History's "traffic light". It is a semi flat bread with cream on top of it and garnished with fresh strawberry (red), peach (yellow), and kiwi (green). It's simple but very yummy and of course, beautiful! So what's yours? Feel free to share and thanks in advance! :)

Oh! I'm into baking bread too. Have been baking bread week after week. There is this program in our local channel recently that showed you how to make bread. All of the recipes are available at the tv station website ..www.suria.sg. It been successful the first time that I made "Cheese Roti Manis". Last week, just try to make yellow river bread. Never eat the bread before, so dont know exactly what the taste but somehow it nice and edible..lol. Good luck on your baking!
