Do you favorable to capital punishment??

why??

I am totally against capital punishment, for one simple reason. Too many innocent people have been executed in the past, innocent people are convicted of murder too often( even one is too many) and it will happen again. There have been several cases in recent years, in both the US and the UK, where people convicted of murder have later been proved innocent. If someone is executed it is irreversible, but if someone is sentenced to life then at least mistakes can be rectified. For this reason capital punishment is immoral, and anybody who supports it either hasn't thought about this argument, or doesn't care if an innocent person gets executed and are also immoral.
