Lotteries get me mad sometimes so much i dont even play them any more. I live in southern illinois and when they first started, the money was to go help schools. Dowm here they had 3 schools close down do to lack of funds. You see schools that cant get help in a lot of things. Are the monies really used on schools? or is someone pocketing it that they cant keep their pants up. Some one is sure making a killing at it and it sure doesnt seem like the schools arent getting any of it. What is you thought about where it goes?
