How old is too old an age to drive?

We've all seen it older drivers driving too slow, changing lanes without indicating etc etc which are a danger to themselves and other road users. With age our focus and concentration are not as sharp as when were younger. How old do u reckon older drivers should not be allowed to drive? brings to another question..is it fair to take away their independence if their license is taken away.
