What is the BEST DRAMA movie you have watched?

When I first saw the movie Thirteen (and second time) I got into it, saw the truth and irony behind it, and it totally made me cry. Also The Family Man, about a guy that wishes something or whatever, wakes up one day and has a family, then learns to love it and goes back to how his life used to be, seeing that family is more important. It sounds SO general but its a REALLY REALLY good movie. Looking for REAL Drama? Girl Interrupted. Totally crazy, awsome, daring, and touching. You MUST see all three of these! lol

I think I would have to say the Notebook (it is my daughters favorite too- she's 16). I thought the story was beautiful. The ending so sweet. A real tear jerker.

MAGNOLIA is the best sample of drama film out there

my best drama was.."Tha Cure". do you know that? well, it's about a child having cancer..that really made me cry..and it was really a great movie ever.

I will second Green Mile and I would like to add "The Life of David Gale"

I think the best would have to be A Time To Kill. This is a fabulous movie. It just has so much in it. If you haven't seen it, it deals with a man, played by Samual L. Jackson, who kills the men who raped his 10 year old daughter. He is then put on trial for it. It's a fantastic movie that delves into a lot of emotions. One I would reccommend to anyone.
