Boss is always right???!!!do you want that to except that???

in office, or whatever place that you work right now, boss, or manager..or chief made mistake, but..sometimes they don't want to confess their mistake, or sometimes blame us and insist that they are right, and you were wrong!! if our boss do that to you...will you fight back or just ignore it??

of course i'll accept it, because that was the rule even before i am not hired. they are always right because they have the experience and maybe they own the company. They stand as the master inside the office, so anything that they will be ordering will be strictly followed. But if anything happens, and that is your boss's idea, just blame your boss. Hahaha.

I think this normally happens in most organisation. The question to ask ourselves is, do we need this job. If this job is helping you in anyway, then just take it with a pinch of salt. Otherwise, you can stand your grounds. However, be prepared to be subjected for further fault finding on my even receive your letter to leave. (They can find a reason to do so. This is unfair.
