I can't believe it a family raised the kid for 3 years and the state ruled to take it back to the family that I think were bad parents to start with. They filmed the kid traumatized not wanting to go. It might be an old story as we get some shows of 2004 now. I can't believe this. The poor kid.

I think it's dispicable!!! Same thing happened in Portugal! These judges have no hearts, they should rule out of the safe guard of the child!!! I can't imagine having my daughter taken away from me, I'd just die, not to mention what it would do to her!!! This is terrible! How can people decide something like this? It's just so unfair!

I honestly don't understand why these things happen, and it's not just in the USA. I think the parent(s) of a child is the person/people that raise him/her. Giving love, protection and security. Just because someone is the biological parent doesn't give them the right to appear a few years later and demand the child back. A child who is taken from the only home (s)he has ever known and from the people (s)he knows as as mommy and daddy will be traumatised - even if (s)he goes to another loving home. The child, especially when small, will feel abandoned.
