bananas are a great fruit, but you need to be careful. Moderation is the key, and even though it's a fruit and it feels "healthy" it still is caloric intake. I don't think you need to eat TWO. Sure, eat one, or slice one and add it to your cereal. But adding 2 bananas to your diet, without changing anything else is going to add calories AND a lot of sugars into your intake for the day. So you need to adjust elsewhere for that.

Its an instant energy boost, bananas contain sucrose, fructose and glucose therefore giving you a stable run of energy that can help your flagging energy levels out for 30 minutes or more.
As well theres some view that the vitamin B and potasium also can help reduce your nerves and heart rate!

Well bananas are a great fruit to eat, they're high in potassium and vitamin B6, and they give you an energy boost.
I heard they are also high in iron.
I also heard that they have a kind of protein that the body converts into serotonin which helps the mood and help us relax.
MY aunt used to make a milkshake with banana and honey that according to her was great to battle fatigue. I don't know about that but I know I enjoyed the milkshake, it is tasty :)
I've heard about so many good reasons to eat bananas that if I didn't like them already I would start eating them LOL
