Daniel SmithThe biological father of Daniel Smith wants his son's body exhumed and moved from the Bahamas to Texas.
In a letter obtained by TMZ, Billy Smith -- through his lawyer, Kara S.P. Butler -- is asking The Chief Magistrate of the Bahamas, Roger Gomez, "permission to have the remains of Daniel Wayne Smith (deceased) exhumed from its current location here in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas and to be transferred where his father and family reside in the State of Texas."
Anna met Billy Smith at Jim's Krispy Fried Chicken in Mexia, Texas, where they both worked as teenagers. They married in 1985, and Daniel was born the following year.

From what i just heard on the news this evening the body will be barried next to her son Another thing i wish they would get doe with is the DNA to see who the father is of that sweet baby I think annas mom wants to make money off this and have it her way. Dont be surprised if they make a movie about the whole ordeal. And whos goiong to profit from it?

Just when you think this case can't get anymore sicker, something new happens.
It's about time that they let both Daniel and Anna rest in piece.
This is absolutely getting rediculous.

This whole situation is sad.. :( It breaks my heart. I wish they'd leave the poor boy alone.

I actually hope so. The boy's connection with the Bahamas lasted less than a week. People should be buried where family and friends can visit. I think the whole thing about having them buried in the Bahamas was just a power play by Howard. I think if Anna had her way, Daniel would have been exhumed and moved to California - so they both could be buried next to Marilyn Monroe. Burying Daniel in the Bahamas was just a way to keep Larry away from the baby.
