I agree with you it does not matter if you eat chocolates inspite the fact that they are fattening just be sure you know how to limit yourself from eating too much sweets.

i don't care if it's fattening i still love chocolates and i want them whenever i can. but sometimes i also feel some guilt whenever i eat to much of it in just one sitting.

yes i love chocolates. Except the really dark ones that tastes a little bit bitter. I don't really care that it's fattening, I just make sure I dont have too much in one day. It's a great energy booster. Sometimes, in the office, instead of taking coffee, I reach for a piece of chocolate in my handbag. That reminds me, I'm gonna have some now...

I love chocolate too.In fact I try not to buy too much these days and tell my wife not to buy for me because no matter how big the slab is I will finnish it that same day.

Yes i do eat chocolates eventhough they say that eating sweets makes you fat. I think its up to you how you discipline yourself in order for you not to get that really fat.
