I have recently begum to feel that way at work. Im working in this company for a year now and have been given good reviews by all my bosses. My bosses feel i do a good job at my work and so they have all begun giving me important things to do. Other people at my level are just sitting around doing nothing coz my bosses feel they wont do as good a job whereas I am burdened by all of it. This is causing a lot of stress in my life. I am not being able to approach my bosses to let them know Im overburdened coz i do not want to antagonize them. What should i do in a situation like this? have any of you gone through something like this? Any suggestions are welcome.

Just say No. Tell your bosses you appreciate their faith in you but right now you don't feel you can possibly take on anymore responsibility without seeing the quality of your work fall. Then suggest that maybe John would be a better choice for project A because everyone knows how good John is with A. And just last week you heard Mary say how much she would like a chance to work on B. Give them some options to spread the work around while letting them know you will be willing to take on a new project when you finish with one of the projects you already have going.
