trasfer money from Bank of America .........?

yesterday one of the chat room in yahoo, i met a very dangerous situation, rather a guy, who was saying tht he is a spam and he can crack any Bank Of America's a/c and can transfer the amount to my a/c........he was ready to show me an account which he said carries $41000/- balance, and he i giv ehim my a/c he will transfr it to my account and i wll hv to retrasfer half of the amount to him through Western Union money transfer........i was so much scared, there could be chances of amny things like....... 1....he was just making fool of me..... 2....he wanted my a/c no to crack 3....he was trying to trap me and ask me if i give him so much money he will transfer more...... 4....he wants a person who can help him in his mission of transfering money from BoA....... so didnt give him any a/c neither i want any such money, but what i m concerned is if he is doing such things really then it could be a horrible thing, so guys can u help me to stop or track the person or rather "gang"? is it possible to tell the BoA about it? if yes wll it be a trouble for me? wll i come in the picture? i dont want it atall.........!!!! but i want to hv it investigated....
