I dont thk he will open.Sourav will open with either sehwag or uthappa.Sachin will probably batted at no. 3.

i dont think taht greg is in mood to let sachin open but if he does i think no other than ganguly shud open with him

Well first I tell u that Sachin is not openning in the WC ,it will be Ganguly and either sehwag or utthapa will open with him .We need sachin as a shield which can hold it's inning to the last over for a good total.

i don't think "maestro" Sachin is going to open at all. in all probability its going to be our Dada and Veeru. afterall Dada did sacrifice his opening slot long time back for the benefit of the team and lower down in the order he could not perform as well as was expected of him. if you remember, the great Sunil Gavaskar had also commented at that time that Ganguly should not give up his opening batsman position as that suits him the most. Now after his spectacular comeback, he should be given his his favourite slot back. Sachin I think is best at the one-down position.

First of all lemme tell u that Sachin is not going to open in the world cup matches for India. It is goin to be either Sourav-Uthappa or Sourav-Sehwag. It is verry verry sad to know that SAchin is not goin to open in World Cups as we all know that Sachin performs very well at the top of the order than lower down.

i don't think sachin going to open the innings he is a good player and he will be in the middle to boost the middle order because we saw so many middle order crash in the past,i think robin utthapa and ganguly will open the innings and veeru will come 1 down then dravid then sachin and then yuraj and then one and only dhoni..long batting line up

I think sachine will not open the match.There r many chances in these 1. viru and uttappa 2. dada and uttappa 3. viru and dada so there r many chances so we cannot tell until the match begins.
