how do people get their love marriage into arrange marriage

i often seen so many couples who get in love each other in india, but as our culture do not alow these marriages, max of the couple do have to seperate from each other because they don't get a chance or not have courage to convert their love to arrange marriage. what do u think about it? in this situation what should a couple do... get adjust as the society gives the decision or they should try forwarding a step for their marriage of social acceptance.???????
