I always snoring when I slept, I know that it was very disturbing for my family, what I have to do?

I'm in Canada, I don't know what you have there for products but here we have what's called breath ease, they are strips that work the same as a bandaide but different in shape. you put them on your nose and they do work.

Try those Breath Right stips. My wife snores sometimes and those really seem to help for her.
