Why do Americans always get the best deals?

I just joined a great discount programme. For a small monthly subscription, you get a shopping discount card, free meals in loads of Restaurants, Discounts from lots of Internet shopping; Discounts from clothes shops, pet shops, Car hire etc etc. Discounts and cards are already available, but it is not being launched for a couple more weeks. Americans getting the best deal? Well at the moment, there are discounts all over the world with this card, but in America there are many many more. Lucky them.
