I think he could ver possibly be alive now, but I don't think he is working yet. The Bible lists several things the Anti Christ will do, such as coming up with a plan that will bring peace to the world. So far that hasn't happened yet.

They are always having a peace program one place or another, but, so far, there hasn't been any lasting peace. Anyway, according to the Bible, the antichrist's peace plan will actually work, for a while, and will include the whole world.

The origin of the real antichrist cannot be traced so its a futile exercise to ask if he's already in the world now or not.
