I have seen many movies regarding war such as Flags of Our Fathers, Wind Talkers, Saving Private Ryan, Platoon, etc. When i look at them i really like them to be realistic. Like they probably should have some blood. One scene i have not liked out of those movies is when a guy gets his head chopped off in Wind Talkers... it was freaky. Since it needs to be sorta bloody, Flags of Our Fathers should be ruled out. Then out of the rest i like saving private ryan best.

I also liked Saving Private Ryan. The scenes of the battle were just great; I felt like being with them in the battlefield. Not much talking, and the focus of the devastations of war made this movie exceptional. For the other movies that you mentioned, I didn't watch any of them. However I watched some other war movies. I liked Pearl Harpor, although it didn't have many battle scenes. However, I think the story was good (although it didn't fovus on the war). I also like movies about historical wars. The best of those which I saw is The Patriot. I really liked everything about this movie. For a war movie to be good, it must be accompanied by a good story. Unfortunately, many war movies are just series of battle scenes, and plenty of blood, without a good story line.
