Okay, we all have them, and i guess they can get in the way of your every day living if you let them. I personally have many, probably from how i grew up, but that has nothing to do with it now, the way it is now, is that i have to learn to deal with them and move on, attempting to make myself stronger in the end right?
But my biggest thing is that when someone gives me a complement or something, usually i just can't see it...
It's shocking, and i guess you just don't know what to do or say... Don't know weather to cry or smile, and it's odd...
Why is it that we can't see what others can?
And why is it that one word from someone special in your life can keep you thinking all day and night?

Does worrying count as an insecurity? if so, I win hands down. I worry about EVERYTHING! I suppose that I think if I imagine the worst, it will better prepare me if and when the worst happens. I know that it doesn't work that way and it does get in the way of my everyday life, but as hard as I try to get a grip on it, then I worry that I am not worrying enough!

I know what your going through hun, i worried every second of every day for most of my life, and i found that it was taking me hours to fall asleep and everything at night because i just couldn't stop....
Turns out for me that it's clinical depression... I'm taking herbs for it now.
Hope you can get that under wraps hunni, it feels amazing to be able to sit without a single thought or worry in your mind.
Thanks!

I definitely agree. I guess its that we so use to looking at our imperfections, that even when they complement we still see the negative aspect of it. I mean I personally have many insecurities as well. I guess its just something we need to motivate us either in perfecting it, or just dealing with it. I have learned to live with many of them and the ones I am able to change I have.
But i also have been in that situation where one word my hubby says to me and well I have that all day in my head. I always ask for honesty. But then when they reinforce it I regret asking. LOL....
But when he says great complements I still think about it and say what is he talking about, I didn't look right there. LOL But I guess thats just something many of us experience. Great topic...

Thanks!
Yeah i always ask for Honesty as well, it's the one thing that i absolutely need...
I never regret asking something, but when they answer me with a complement or something, i think it totally confuses me, because well, like i said, i just can't see it, and i don't know how to react, and i just keep thinking and thinking.
I guess as long as i'm happy with myself inside, and partially outside (because what woman is really happy with her outsides haha) It's all good...
Thanks for the response!!! + for you!
