Boss Is Always RIGHT?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In office or whatever place that you work right now,boss or manager or chief made mistake,but sometimes they don't want to confess their mistakes,or sometimes they blame us and insist that they are right,and you were wrong!! if your boss do that on you..will you fight back or just ignore it?

No Alpha Boss cannot be right always, as he is also human being. I retort immediately when my superiors go wrong. Some of my collegues who are less qualified than me have risen more, just because they agree with boss (or manager) on everything. If boos says Donkeys colour is blue, they reply noding "Yes Donkey is blue". I really hate such characters.

Alpha, there are bosses and bosses. My first boss was undoubtedly my best boss. Nothing to fear but fear itself. He created an environment where we were all not afraid to take on challenges and make the commitment to excel. He would motivate us by saying that he wanted us to come "take my job". I did. And he moved up. His meterioric rise in a global company is not amazing at all. He always created the environment and the challenge for someone to follow him. Cheers!

Bosses are people too - they are all types. I generally do not bother to argue too much with a boss, on the basis that the boss is responsible for the outcome, and it is upto him or her to take that responsibility seriously. Cheers!

This makes me smile. I remember one poster that i read. It goes like this: Rule number 1: THE BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT Rule number 2: IF THE BOSS IS WRONG, SEE RULE NUMBER 1. But of course, bosses are also humans. They have their strengths and weaknesses. Let us just think o this this way: It is better to have a boss rather than being jobless. What we can do is to strive harder so that we get to become the boss in due time :)
