tips to loose weight( any home therapy)

Recently i heard one of my friend talking, that we loose weight by drinking lots and lots of boiled water(hot. Have you ever tried this at home? and also i heard that early in the morning, if you drink lemon water with salt we will loose weight? Is it true? I am gaining weight and want to loose it, i want to try these method but firstly i want to know the views from you all. Let me know

Actually, it is the reverse.
Drinking cold water helps raise your metabolism and helps you lose fats. Hot water is good if only you want to quench your thirst.
So I would suggest you switch to cold water instead if you wish to burn fats.
As for lemon, there are some sayings circulating that they can help a bit... I eat my lemon slice (skin and all) when I order my iced lemon tea. ;-)
Here's another suggestion - green tea without sugar. You will be surprised how many kgs you can swear by taking green tea regularly - since it helps to reduce cholesterol, clear toxins and fats from your body, etc.

Well I have loosed my weight by dancing and I regularly go for morning walk that really helps to burn my fat ,it is good to drink hot as well as cold water but dancing really works.

drink lots of citrus juices, freshly squeezed are the best. There are no added sugar on it. I also drink lots of green tea not only it has antioxidants it also helps to burn fats. Do exercises. I also bought a slimming belt. I helps me sweat a lot.

Water is the great gift of God, it has almost all cure. Drink water early in the morning after you wake up, increase the amount gradually. After one month you ll feel the difference. And dont drink water just after the meal, take water before meal and in the middle of meal. Before meal is a very good habit....
