15 stray dogs maul little boy to death !!!

I Just read this horrifying article.
Four-and-half-year-old Manjunath was playing hide-and-seek with his friends when the dogs attacked him, caught him in their jaws and dragged him across the open ground. Within seconds, the murderous pack had almost severed his neck. The last words of this little boy were
“neeru neeru (water water)’’. Neighbours tried in vain to save him.
A team of surgeons battled for nine hours to save his life. They also tried to salvage what was left of the child’s mutilated neck — windpipe, foodpipe and arteries — but failed.
He was brought to paediatric casualty of Manipal Hospital at about 8 pm and he had numerous lacerated injuries on the face, upper and lower limbs along with a massive tear in the wind pipe, which was split into two

I am very sorry to read this sad story. It is horrible. I pray for the child's soule to rest in peace.

Thisz the 5th or 6th such incident. I had started this topic with a title " MAN EATING DOGS" last month. But no one could make out what I was saying.
People were so kind to stray dogs, that they used to feed them with leftovers on the street itself. Now due to urbanisation, people are neglecting the stray dogs and throw away the left over food straight into the corporations vehicle. Poor stray dogs has to starve inspite of safegarding the residents at nights. The society and the local ruling authorities has to wake up and see that stray dogs are fed properly, in order to curb this kind devastating situation.
