Sometimes when I'm nervous I start giggling or smiling. It makes me real irritated but the more irritated I get sometimes the more I want to giggle. Thing is a lot of people get confused, like once me and my boyfriend were innocently playing, I'd push him, he'd push me, a few smacks on the arm. Just playing not hitting hard, but when I went to do it to him my finger hit his watch and it hurt me a LOT, I started to laugh more then I was and then started to cry, he was real confused and looked at me without knowing what to do. It's happened other times, a few times he said something real bad that had happened and it really made me sad and nervous and I started to smile, I felt so bad cause he might think I'm teasing me even though he knows now after 3 years that I'm like that. But the thing is what about people that don't know me? Already with my boyfriend in the begging once we had a fight and he said maybe we should take our separate ways and I started to smile, I felt like it was the worse time for that, I did try to explain it to him, luckily we managed to fix our differences and are fine now, and he knows my little defaults. Anyone else have this problem?

I think its all right. Its just a way to relieve yourself frm stress and tension. in my case I feel like peeing whenever I am nervous.Thats far worst than giggling.

Depends what nervousness it is. Sometimes I feel like crying, sometimes I just can't stop laughing. If it's something fun that I'm going to do or something good, then I just laugh all the time.

Yes, it happens to me. Sometimes When I'm nervous and my boss called me inside his cabin, I laugh. This irritates my boss. This happens even when the discussion is serious. I'm unable to control this laugh. People mistook me for this laugh. They think I'm mannerless fellow. I try hard to be silent, but invain.
