what did you do when you are stress???

When I'm stress, I will take my daughter go shopping or window shopping. Seeing and buying those lovely things I see in the shop will take my minds off my stress for a while.
Otherwise, I will just sit in in a coffee corner for a tea/ coffe break that has chidren corner and watching my daughter playing, smiling and laughing will do for me.

I oftenly listen to jazz or classical music whenever I wanted to relax. Or if not, I sleep.

Well....get some sleep is also help to give your body rest and when you wake up you might think more clearly.... if you can at least close your eyes....zzzzz....

When i'm stressed out i go play on my guitar or watch cartoons.It really makes me feel better.Sometimes doing someting with my sisters or my mom will work too.

I do like driving around too and what a healthy choice to get on your hubby's exercise bike to get rid off the stress....

When i am stressed, i sit idol & keep on thinking the sitution & sometimes, for relaxtion, i come online & discuss light topics of surroundings with my chat fellows to become relax & get rid of the problems for few moments. When i talk with my faimly members or chat fellows, i feel relax & forget my problems for few moments.

That's true, sometimes when you share and talk about your problem did help to reduce the stress....who knows somebody might come with a good solution.

I will usually lay down and put on my nature sounds cd(ocean waves,birds chirping,etc) or I will just sit and listent to light classical music

Keep the stress for yourself and don't let any body of your family know....that's really sweet but make sure it won't make you sick. Well, at least music helps you feeling better...

Yeah, take a fresh air it's quite good. And doing some shopping is also another diversion. I think most people do the same like you do.
But sometimes, some stress just won't go as easy as we thought. Like for instance when we missed home. Argh.. that's a difficult 'stress'. But one has to deal with it, anyway.

When I'm feeling stressed I try to find something to watch or read or listen to that will fill my mind and take it off what's getting to me. I always stay away from shopping when stressed as that just means I'll impulse buy and that's never good. I avoided teaching that behavior to my children.
A bath, soft music, candles and a good book is always a great distraction but I know that can be difficult with children. I would love to play with my kids when I was stressed, become a child again myself. That always did the trick.
