Do you think that vegetarians whom you know really are consistent with their decision not to eat any meat? Aren't they also tempted to eat meat? Does it affect their health or some advantages they have over those who are carnivorous?

There are several types of vegetarianism: lacto-ovo vegetarians include eggs, milk, and cheese in their diet. a vegan vegetarian is a vegetables only and their milk and cheese are also made from soy beans. Vegetarians in the real sense don't eat meat because it's also a living creature. I've got lots of vegetarian friends and the school where I go to serves only vegetarian menus in the cafeteria. So far, my vegetarian friends are pretty consistent with their diet. Vegetarianism is supposed to be a healthier diet if you know how to prepare vegetarian foods that are not only composed of vegemeats. All the nutrition that our body needs can be found in the fruits, vegetables, and nuts. However, some vegetarians just eat cereals and bread and so their diet is not balanced.
