Loosing Sleep !

of late,I am getting 6 hours of sleep in the night & wakingup at 0530 in the morning.Is that somehing to do with my body clock setting or am I thinkng too much ?

It could be a little bit of both. I find that if I wake up two consecutive nights at the same time, my body synchronize it self to that time. To wind down after a busy day is not easy and it doesn't help matters. So I try to listen to some of my favorite music just to relax and then into a hot bath and off I go.zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I think also when we dont have a regular schedule that we follow our body gets discomboobalated and we cant get the proper rest.

well friend i am also in the same boat i sleep by 12 and up by 5 in morning its due to thinking too much.have a soultion please tell.

I think you are stressed about something and you need to figure it out so you can relax and get some real rest.
